Who I Am
A freelance full-stack developer based in Lahore, Pakistan. ADP in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab. I founded AlphaGeeks, my agency, and split my time between running it and independent client work.
What I Do
I build full-stack Next.js sites, wire animation in with Framer Motion and Anime.js, and architect high-density AI integrations and self-hosted automation pipelines that plug directly into core business operations — not a generic chatbot bolted onto a homepage.
What Makes Me Different
Most sites look like the same starter kit. Mine don't — every animation earns its place instead of decorating. And security is wired in from day one: input validation, sanitized data, and secure auth, not bolted on after launch.

Problem
Most agencies hemorrhage profit margin and time juggling over 10 disconnected SaaS platforms (CRMs, invoicing software, project tools, and document editors). This operational fragmentation leads to data silos, constant manual context-switching, and steep subscription bills.
Solution
Designed and built AgencyOS as a unified operating system for agency operations. Engineered a deeply integrated relational data model using Next.js, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL via Supabase. To avoid generic LLM responses, implemented a context injection layer that serializes specific relational database tokens (Client Profiles, Discovery Notes, Scope Metrics) directly into secure prompt structures. Solved deterministic layout rendering issues by leveraging OpenAI Structured Outputs with strict JSON Schema definitions, ensuring that LLM results return strongly typed data arrays that never crash the client-facing frontend dashboard.
Outcome
Currently deployed as AlphaGeeks' internal core platform, successfully centralizing independent business data streams under a multi-tenant Row-Level Security (RLS) schema. The platform completely automates manual scope drafting and client notification setups out-of-band — drastically reducing administrative overhead.
Key Features
- Context-Injected Relational Proposal Engine: Automatically maps PostgreSQL client criteria into isolated system prompts to generate deep, line-item project proposals.
- Deterministic UI Integration: Enforces explicit JSON Schemas via the OpenAI API to guarantee predictable data structures for dashboard rendering.
- Asynchronous Pipeline Orchestration: Offloads heavy computing tasks (weekly cron summaries, multi-channel email sequences, invoice calculation loops) to a self-hosted, decoupled n8n instance via low-latency webhooks.
- Security-Conscious Data Guardrails: Rigorous server-side token validation, sanitized data workflows, and environment-level API isolation.
